“ Thathagathappaweditho bikkawe dhamma winayo wiwato wirochathi  no patichchnno”


Dear Bikkhus,                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Dharma preached  by Lord Buddha will be meaningful when it is open and transparent and not when it is hidden .
